Our Level II–III NICU is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled, confident, and collaborative Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a team that truly works together. About the Opportunity:

On-site position based at our flagship campus in Pinehurst, NC.
Level III, 13-bed NICU with over 3,000 deliveries (225 NICU admits per year).
Real responsibility: lead neonatal resuscitation, manage critical infants, and coordinate transports to and from regional nurseries.
Work with the best: neonatologists, OB hospitalists, and MFM specialists.
1 Neonatologist and 1 NNP per shift, manageable census.

Qualifications:
NNP-BC certification and state licensure.
Minimum 3 years of NNP experience in a Level III/IV NICU.
Calm under pressure, strong communicator, team-first mindset.
Able to practice independently covering the newborn service.
Clean background, NC licensure and NRP certification required.
