Overview The RN Birthplace Flex RN role in the Birthplace at the University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital is offering a $6,000 sign on bonus. The Birthplace is located within University of MN Masonic Childrens Hospital, which provides an exceptional focus to family centered care. Staff on the Birthplace are committed to provide families with the knowledge and skills to achieve their goals, as well as recognize the importance of families feeling empowered in their care and their expectations at birth. The Birthplace supports not only women in our culturally diverse community, but also support women across the state whom may need additional attention due to a high risk pregnancy or fetal diagnosis.
