To make an impact as a development director at UF Health Shands, you will:
Assist the attending ICU physician in the care and management of daily care decisions for NICU patients.
Facilitate and coordinate the scheduling of therapeutic and diagnostic tests and procedures.
Write orders, interact with consultants and coordinate scheduling of therapeutic and diagnostic tests and procedures.
Make frequent bedside visits to assess the status of patients, identify alterations in patient health and assess patient response to treatment.
To achieve excellence in this full-time role, we’re looking for:
APRNs or PAs with a current and clear license as an advanced practice registered nurse or physician assistant in Florida.
NNP or PNP-AC required. NICU experience preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Must meet requirements set forth by the medical staff office to obtain and retain privileges to practice as advanced practice registered nurse or physician assistant within UF Health Shands Hospital and/or the Shands UF HealthCare Network, as applicable.
