Director of Inpatient Rehabilition Position Summary
Responsible for the oversight and management of the Rehabilitation Department, consisting of PT, OT and/or Speech. Assesses, plans, and implements processes relating to patient evaluation and treatment, as required. Works with neonatal through geriatric patients with clinical competency. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.

Director of Inpatient Rehabilition Candidate Will Possess the Following Education and License or Certifications
Education
Required: Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech and Language Pathology or Bachelor's degree required in related field
Preferred: Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy or Master's Degree in related field
Experience
Required: 5 years in healthcare management
Certifications
Required: Maintain licensure, as required by State law
