Logan Health’s 190,000-square-foot facility dedicated to specialty care for children is the heart of comprehensive care for infants, children and adolescents in the local area and throughout the state of Montana. With twelve pediatric unit beds, twelve neonatal intensive care unit beds and six pediatric intensive care unit beds, Logan Health Children’s is the first of its kind in the state (with room to grow and expand).
This position provides primary care to Neonatal ICU patients, including assessment, treatment, care planning, and medical care evaluation.

Qualifications:

• Current Montana RN license or a multi state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required.  BSN degree preferred.

• Current NRP Certification or complete within first six months of hire.

• National Certification in Inpatient NICU preferred.

• One year of previous NICU experience preferred.

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in similar position within a medical setting (eg, physician office, clinic, or hospital) preferred.  Experience in assigned area(s) preferred.

• Possess knowledge of professional nursing theory, medical terminology and principles of professional nursing practice to administer and evaluate patient care.  
• Healthcare Provider (HCP) CPR and/or BLS certification required as dictated by each practice/service line.
