The Providence St. Joseph Hospital - Eureka is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join an inpatient palliative care team in northern California. This position will be part of the inpatient team consisting of two social workers and an RN supported by a physician. The ideal candidate will have experience working with interdisciplinary teams, is capable of independent work as well as a good communicator. There is a strong acute need within the community and the provider in this role will consult with hospitalists and intensivists about the care needs of patients.
