We practice a Family Integrated Care (FIC) model, where parents are not just welcomed but empowered to be active participants in their baby’s journey, with the full support of a collaborative, interdisciplinary care team. Here you will gather, and document detailed parental history, assess risk factors, and perform comprehensive neonatal physical exams to inform diagnosis and care planning. You
