Nemours Children's Health is seeking an accomplished Neonatologist to become Chief of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and lead our team in Jacksonville, Florida. The Chief will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Level IV NICU at the nationally recognized Wolfson Children's Hospital. Candidates should have demonstrated leadership experience and excellent clinical and interpersonal skills as well as a high regard for teamwork. Key responsibilities: Provide expert clinical care to critically ill and premature newborns in the NICU. Guide medical decision-making and promote best practices in neonatal-perinatal medicine. Lead complex case management and serve as a resource to the care team. Ensure compliance wi
