Responsibilities
Pediatrix Medical Group, in partnership with Rapides Womenâ™s and Childrenâ™s Hospital (RWCH), is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Neonatologist to join our growing team in Alexandria, Louisiana.

34-bed, Level III NICU â“ diverse acuity and case variety
Collaborative 2 Neonatologist / 4 NNP model
NNPs in-house 24 hours a day
Home call for Neonatologists after rounds
1,500â“2,000 deliveries annually
Newborn nursery rounds
NNP-led transport team (physician covers in-house during transports)
Youâ™ll be part of a collegial, evidence-based team focused on quality-driven protocols and continuous improvement in neonatal care.
