Midland Memorial Hospital in partnership with Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking per diem Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to join our program (named one of the best places to work by Modern Healthcare in 2023 & 2024).
18 beds, Level II NICU
Average 2300 deliveries annually
Average daily census of 11
NNP in-house 24/7
Physician provides in-house coverage during the day, call from home
Current level II NICU with plans to develop into level III early 2026

Qualifications
TX medical license or active IMLC license, preferred
Current APRN national specialty certification required
Minimum of a masterâ™s degree and 1 year post-grad clinical experience required
Recent NNP experience required (within the past 12 months)
Benefits and Compensation
Pediatrix does cover your travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice.
We also cover your malpractice insurance for this W-2 per diem position.
