We are looking to hire a dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This is a full-time independent contractor position, offering competitive compensation of over $100 per hour for 12-hour or 24-hour shifts. We will cover malpractice insurance for you. The NICU is a 30-bed Level III unit with an average daily census of 15-20 infants. The unit specializes in providing care to newborns requiring intensive medical attention, but does not offer pediatric surgery, cooling therapy, or ECMO.
