A fully independent, not-for-profit, community-owned hospital seeks a CRNA / Certified Nurse Anesthetist to join its team in Nebraska (NE). Position Highlights: - Joining a team of 8 other independent providers- 211 Days Off Annually - Only working 42% of the Year- Experience the independence you desire as our CRNAs are empowered to excel in their roles- MD supervision not required, which allows you to practice autonomously - Everyone works together as a team - Jerks will not be considered.- EMR-EPIC- Full-scope practice including, but not limited to, Orthopedics, Urology, Obstetrics, Podiatry, ENT, and General Surgery- No Open Heart CasesCompensation Highlights: - Base salary + productivity bonuses- Sign-on bonus of $60,000
