The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) is responsible for providing direct patient care to and assisting with care coordination of Primary Care patients within Patient Aligned Care Teams (PACTs), supporting services and clinics throughout the VA San Diego Healthcare System. PACT clinics operate Monday through Saturday, with variable hours to support Veteran care needs. Basic Requirements: Citizenship. United States Citizenship English Language. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Licensure. Full, active, current and unrestricted licensure as a licensed practical or vocational nurse in a State, Territory or Commonwealth (i.e., Puerto Rico) of the United States, or District of Columbia.
