OverviewThis position plans and provides clinical support to patients and staff. Demonstrates clinical expertise of the assigned area. Provides leadership in clinical, financial, and personnel management within the department. The Women and Infant Services unit at FMH is a 17 bed LDRP unit with a four bay triage, an OR located on the unit and a level 2 NICU nearby. Averaging 80-100 deliveries a month, the L&D team stays busy. Working with OB-GYN, Family Practice and Certified Nurse Midwives, the care provided to our patients is individualized and supportive of the entire family unit.
