Position SummarySeeking an experienced clinical RN with at least 5 years of experience to work alongside Bedside nurses on our NICU units. This role is day shift, Monday-Friday. Must have BSN. Must have a national certification or open to attaining one within 6 months. The incumbent will need to have leadership experience, a strong clinical skill set, change agent mentality, and passion for quality and safety. Strong clinical experience along with education, collaboration and quality/safety work is required.
