The Rapid Response Registered Nurse is a proficient nurse who is responsible for responding to Rapid Response calls. The Rapid Response Nurse (RRN) is a member of the Rapid Response Team (RRT) who provides rapid response to hospital patients exhibiting objective or subjective signs of clinical instability.
