Neonatal Intensive Care Position! Seeking BSN, RN with a minimum of 2 year experience in NICU, &/or Critical Care, to provide exceptional care in our 84 bed NICU located at our Newark, DE Christiana Care location. In this role, 24/7 nursing care is provided that includes: High acuity care of our neonatesComprehensive assessmentsIndividualized care planning & care plan execution Facilitation of interdisciplinary team coordinationAdvocacy & effective management in the event of patient condition changeThis position is Full time, 72 hours per payperiod, 7P to 7A/ 7A to 7 P ( 12 hour shifts) . Schedule requires rotation of shifts.
