DescriptionSummary:This Pediatric Echo Technician Sonographer position is responsible for performing standard and complex congenital echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, and assists physicians with transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE's). The patient population ranges from newborn to young adults. The echo sonographers must be skilled and have the ability to effectively work with pediatric patients with a wide variety of complex medical and psychosocial conditions. Must have patience and compassion to work with children who may be ill or frightened. Must be technology-minded, detail-oriented and able to follow precise directions.
