The Care in the Community Women's Health LPN works closely with the Women's Health RN Navigator to ensure timely care delivery to Veterans to include scheduling community appointments, obtaining and scanning medical records, and assisting with WH metric tracking. The LPN, is under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, yet demonstrates independent technical judgment with minimal oversight.
