OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTSIHA has an excellent full-time employment opportunity for a certified Nurse Practitioner to join the Perinatal Wellness Center located on the campus of St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan.This center is a multidisciplinary office involving lactation consultants, focus on emotional and mental health in the postpartum period, as well as a place to meet the physical and mental needs of a vulnerable population.Responsibilities for this opportunity include:Independent breastfeeding evaluation and treatment of mom and baby dyadsWillingness to develop and lead perinatal/breastfeeding support groupsCollaboration with inpatient lactation consultant teamPhone/telehealth follow-up of discharged OB patients
