Swedish Medical Group is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to work Ped Diem at the Issaquah and Ballard locations. This team aims to eliminate health disparities and improve perinatal outcomes through independent, anti-racist, trauma-informed, evidence-based midwifery care. This is a caring team of midwives who collaborate with OB/GYN physicians, RNs, IBCLCs and support staff who are committed to midwifery. In this role, you can choose the shifts you want to work and will help the group manage 40-50 deliveries per month in a large tertiary care center. The practice has a low c-section rate and excellent perinatal outcomes. Ideal candidate is adaptable, mission-oriented, and can work independently with minimal support. Experienced full-scope midwife preferred but new grads e
