Catawba Women's Center, a well-respected OB/GYN practice in Hickory, North Carolina, is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to provider women's health care for both gynecologic and obstetric patients.  Located in the NC foothills, Hickory offers the perfect balance of large city amenities but with small town charm. There is easy access to Charlotte, Asheville and the Blue Ridge Mountains.   Our collaborative and enjoyable practice consists of nine physicians, two nurse practitioners, one physician assistant, and four midwives.  The work schedule  provides a combination of office and on-call hospital services.  Responsibilities will include full scope of midwifery care, including well-woman checks, family planning, prenatal, intrapartum and post-partum care.  This is a full-t
