Department: ED-NorthFTE: 1.00Full Time (30 - 40 hours per week)Shift: RotatingSign on Bonus and Relocation Reimbursement for External Candidates. The Clinical Advancement Program (CAP) is additional pay to recognize Nursing Education and National Certifications and can add to pay.15% pay differential for weekend day shift; 17% pay differential for weekday night shift; 26% for weekend night shift  (added to base pay)Position Summary:Work under the general nursing process while using independent judgment to assign nurses, technicians and nursing care to assigned patients. Designate shift and schedule assignments, call in staff, send staff home and monitor attendance. Provide clinical leadership for nursing and technician staff.
