In addition to traditional surgery options, Saint Vincent Hospital is proud to specialize in minimally invasive surgical procedures, including endoscopic surgery with laser capabilities. Our surgical staff has considerable experience in advanced laparoscopic surgery, including adrenalectomy, appendectomy, colectomy, common bile duct explorations, laparoscopic cholecystectomy, nephrectomy, and nissen fundoplication.
Robotic procedures include hysterectomy, myomectomy (uterine fibroids removal), radical prostatectomy, and cholecystectomy.
Nurse Manager provides leadership and support to the senior executive position (CNO) responsible for all nursing and other designated patient care functions/services within the hospital organization.
Responsible for assisting in assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing practice on a unit level. 24/7 responsibility of Manager�s assigned areas. Accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

Qualifications:Education
Academic degree in nursing required. Bachelors or master�s degree. Master�s degree in nursing or related field (Health Administration, Business, Public Health, or management)
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Required
Current RN licensure in State of Massachusetts. American Heart Association (BLS) and (ACLS) Certification
Knowledge and Skills
2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full-time charge nurse in Surgical Services
