Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking a per diem OBGYN Registered Nurse for the Outpatient Clinic at Overlook Medical Center primarily working 9:00am - 5:00pm.Responsibilities ASSESSMENT Performs patient assessment that is systemic, comprehensive, and accurate. Gathers, interprets, and records baseline maternal-fetal information accurately. Assesses psychological and education needs of the patient and significant others/family and incorporates into care plan.DIAGNOSIS Identifies patient needs and problems. Analyzes assessment data to determine relevant patient diagnosis.PLANNING Utilizes information obtained in assessment to formulate goals with patient and family. Fosters and encourages the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care.IMPLEMENT
