This full-time inpatient opportunity will allow you to work closely with extraordinary neonatology physicians and Magnet®-designated nurse leaders who are dedicated to nurturing growth, fostering discovery and exploring innovations. You’ll be a trusted and valued member of the clinical team, providing direct patient care, conducting rounds with frequent bedside visits, contributing to decisions for daily care, and coordinating therapeutic and diagnostic tests and procedures. We’re seeking Florida-licensed Nurse Practitioners who have a master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. We’re seeking candidates with NNP or PNP-AC and BLS certifications. Candidates with NICU experience are preferred. Successful NP candidates should share our vision for excellent patient care and be driven to achieve, grow, learn and advance care.

Our Nurse Practitioner will receive relocation assistance ($4,000 in-state; $6,000 out-of-state), competitive compensation ranging from $48.08 to $56.49/hour (commensurate with experience), exceptional full-time benefits, tuition reimbursement, flexible scheduling options and generous PTO that allows you to explore all the Florida has to offer.
