Description This is a full time 40 hour per week position that will support the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This role will support the onboarding of new staff, assess initial and annual competencies, and determine continuing education needs. The NES will partner with operational leaders to meet education and development needs of staff. In addition, the role will identify or develop resources to support clinical practice, evidence-based practice, organizational change, and department initiatives.
