St. Lukes Health System in Boise is seeking a Clinical Educator 2 to join our Clinical Learning and Student Services team. We are adding a second educator to our Boise NICU to cover the education needs. This position will partner with anothereducator to support our Boise NICU with continued clinical learning support for: onboarding, orientation, education, preceptor preparation, ongoing competency, professional development, supporting students, and support of evidence-based practice. Position Summary The Clinical Educator 2 plans, supervises, coordinates and evaluates education programs for clinical personnel. Provides clinical education and evaluation to clinical staff and facilitates evidence-based research within a specialized area.
