CHI Health Clinic is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to work as the Market Manager for Neonatology. This role will have accountability for provider management and oversight of day-to-day operations of the Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and Neonatologists in the 5 NICU's across the CHI Health Midwest Division. Key Job Responsibilities: Fulfill Clinical duties as assigned Responsible for the clinical quality for neonatology across the division In conjunction with hospital operations, the role is responsible for practice efficiency including cost savings and process improvement Facilitate referral concerns and address improvement projects, service excellence and clinical quality.
