NNPs needed for NICU in Suburban Dallas
We have an excellent NNP opportunity to join our large, dynamic and rapidly-growing team of 33 NNPs and 29 neonatologists at our North Dallas Texas practice. The practice offers a vast variety of clinical experiences, as well as a comprehensive orientation program for new graduates. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collegial team of clinicians, who are dedicated to achieving the best patient outcomes by implementing and practicing evidence-based medicine. Experienced NNPs preferred but will consider new grads. NNP responsibilities include: •Rotating through several NICUs, Level II-IV •Rounding in the well newborn nursery •Direct comprehensive neonatal medicine management from delivery room to discharge at 11 NICUs •Monitor neonatal activities for infants requiring high-frequency ventilation or nitric oxide •Attend high-risk deliveries and participate in parent and staff education •12 and 24 hour shifts available •Neonatologists remain in-house at the Level-III units and out-of-house at the Level-II units •Integrated services from our MEDNAX family of sub-specialists includes pediatric cardiology, pediatric surgery, pediatric ophthalmology, developmental pediatrics and maternal fetal care Dallas/North Dallas offers a variety of community types (from small towns to major urban areas) practice settings (small community hospitals to specialized children's hospitals) competitive pay with exceptional benefits.
