Up to $9,000 Sign on Bonus! Fairview Lakes Medical Center is seeking a RN for the float pool. Our team of nurses are trained to provide exceptional family-centered care throughout several units in the hospital. Each nurse is required to have a minimum of three areas in which they will be trained to float to: MS, ICU, ED, Labor & Delivery, Post-Partum, or Surgical Services.

Up to $9,000 Sign on Bonus! The Registered Nurse is responsible for the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care for all assigned patient population(s). The RN is responsible for performing these responsibilities in accordance with all policy, procedure, professional practice guidelines and the MN Nurse Practice Act. The RN coordinates care with members of the health care team and delegates responsibilities to others as appropriate.
Med/Surg, Labor and Delivery, and Post-Partum Float Required: Up to $9,000 Sign on Bonus!
Current MN RN Licensure in good standing
Minimum of one year previous Med/Surg RN experience
Minimum of one year L&D RN experience
NRP Certification for lessons 1-4 and 9 completed within 60 days of start date
BLS certification for a healthcare providers
BSN or ADN degree
Excellent communication skills, demonstrated flexibility with the ability and willingness to change direction on short notice.
Ability to promote professional nursing practice across nursing units/subspecialties.
Displays appropriate priority setting and critical thinking skills.
Demonstrated commitment to learn, grow and share knowledge.
