OverviewHeartland of America - Cardiac Focused Acute Care PNPWe are looking for an additional Acute Care PNP for our PICU at MercyOne Children's Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa. Interested candidates should have training or significant experience in cardiac ICU management as a high percentage of our practice involves care of cardiac patients. Our cardiac program treats children with complex congenital heart disease. We are a two-star, medium-sized cardiothoracic program reporting to the national STS Congenital Heart Surgery database. Approximately 120 cardiac surgeries are performed annually. Our children's hospital is a Level-II pediatric trauma center with a 24-hour pediatric emergency room, pediatric transpo
