Advanced Practice Registered Nurses / Physician Assistants
Excellent opportunity for a NNP to join a growing neonatology practice serving southeastern North Carolina. The candidate will join a team of six neonatologists and twelve nurse practitioners providing coverage for a 45-bed Level III NICU located within New Hanover Regional Medical Center in coastal Wilmington, NC. The hospital is a regional referral center and many pediatric subspecialty services are offered. The hired NNP will be responsible for clinical assessment and management, procedures, high-risk delivery attendance, emergency resuscitation and stabilization, and neonatal ground transport. Rotating 12 and 24 hour shifts.
