St. Mary’s Medical Center proudly houses the only Neonatal Intensive Care Unit between Denver and Salt Lake City, and caring for our smallest and most vulnerable patients is a clinical commitment we take very seriously. We’re looking for two experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to join our team of dedicated neonatal providers.
Enjoy a manageable schedule including one in-house 24-hour clinical shift, and one 24-hour transport call shift (taken from home) per week
Provide neonatal transportservices via helicopter, plane, and vehicle across eastern Utah and western Colorado
Support three full time Neonatologists and practice at the top of your license as a solo practitioner at night alongside a team of NNPs, RNs, and clinical support staff
Practice in the only state-of-the-art, Baby Friendly NICU within a 250-miles radius of Grand Junction
Competitive compensation package including a base salary, signing bonus, benefits, CME allowance, malpractice insurance coverage, and paid time off
Master’s Degree graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, required
Valid license/certificate as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of practice, required
At least two (2) years of experience as an NNP in a NICU setting
Possess a current Basic Life Support Certification, required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, required
