Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center is proud to have served the San Luis Obispo community since our inception in 1959. Our 164-bed facility helps us to provide acute care services to the Central Coast, giving you high-quality care close to home.
Were happy to be able to provide the countys only da Vinci Surgical Robot program, offering minimally invasive, highly accurate surgical procedures. Sierra Vista also offers five services that no other hospital in San Luis Obispo County does: Neurosurgery, High-risk pregnancy care, Pediatric care, Trauma care, Neonatal intensive care
Sierra Vista works to continually add advanced medical services in order to better serve our community. At Sierra Vista, our mission is to provide the highest quality, most innovative health care to the patients we serve, to maintain and enhance cooperative relationships with doctors, payers and employees and to continually improve the health of our county residents.
Because of our mission for high quality, Sierra Vista has gained accreditation in a number of areas. Were fully accredited by The Joint Commission and are licensed by the State of California Department of Health.
