Job Summary Works independently as a Director to plan, implement, direct, coordinate and evaluate the clinical functions of the Maternal/Child units including Birthing Center, NICU, Mother/Baby, Pediatrics and Prenatal Education. Collaborates with other management team members to develop and foster an effective clinical climate working jointly with administration, physicians, and staff; develop the departmental mission, vision, values, goals, long range plans, services, and capital and operational budgets, and approve policies and procedures.
Requirements Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Previous leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration.
