The Nurse Director will be responsible for the strategic direction of the Department. The NICU Director will demonstrate effective clinical practice and serve as a leader, mentor and role model for staff throughout the departments. In order to assure the highest quality of care is delivered, the Nurse Director will be an advocate for quality practice and patient safety.
