As the Clinical RN Educator recognized for clinical and educational expertise, this position supports our clinical staff in the area of lactation for the advancement of clinical practice and professional development; utilizes innovative education planning and programming; demonstrates expertise in clinical practice; collaborates and consults with clinical administrative disciplines for new programs and service improvement; demonstrates leadership through role modeling, mentoring and utilizing research principles to facilitate and promote evidence based practice.
Valid Florida RN License
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing/BSN
3 Years of clinical or teaching experience.
BLS, ACLS, PALS or NRP certifications.
Certification in area of specialty or obtained within 6 months of hire.
