The Speech Therapist is a licensed professional who evaluates, treats, and establishes a plan of care in relation to deficits of speech, language, cognition, perception, voice, swallow function, oral-motor function and non-verbal communication. The populations involved include geriatric, pediatric, neonatal, neurologic, and all ages throughout the spectrum.
Qualifications & Requirements
Certificate of Clinical Competency from American Speech-Language-Hearing Association or its equivalent
Current State of California License in Speech-Language Pathology, Master's Required
Knowledge and ability to perform videofluoroscopy swallow evaluations independently
Must possess Current American Heart Association BLS or American Red Cross Professional Rescuer Certification
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
